After a long day yesterday we had a fairly mellow plan for today. First on our schedule was picking my mother up from the Auckland airport. Once we retrieved her we made our way to Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill. Afterwards we drove to Mount Eden to see the volcanic crater located in the middle of the city. We finally made our way back to our downtown hotel where I decided to take rest for the remainder of the day.
